EA’s NCAA case leads to landmark decision on player likenesses

EA has been embroiled — along with the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Collegiate Licensing Corporation which controls its licensing rights — in lawsuits brought by former student athletes who appeared in its popular college sports games. Now, federal judge Claudia Wilken has ruled that the athletic organization is violating antitrust law by not allowing student athletes to be paid for the use of their likenesses and identities. Forza Horizon 4 Delists In December, But It's On Sale Right Now

Developer Playground Games has announced that Forza Horizon 4 will be delisted on December 15. The DLC has already been delisted, which includes several car packs and both Lego Speed Champions and Fortune Mountain expansions.

Playground Games said that going forward, only the Forza Horizon 4 Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate editions will be available for purchase until December. Additionally, different discounts will be provided, and it’s currently 80% off on Steam, dropping its price to just $12.
